The package and the Advent calendar boxes were both severely damaged/dented. I have more pictures if desired...just attached the ones that show the most damage.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 2.7 / 5 from 27 reviews.
This product was nothing like I imagined from the description written or the pictures shown. All pieces are pictured BUT they are tiny, flat, acrylic ornaments, when they looked like bigger 3D style ornaments. Not worth the price charged. Very disappointed.
Cheaply made tiny figures with no actual advent box or calendar...just a cheap plastic tray
The picture made the calendar appear larger and of good quality. For the price, this was a major rip off.
The product feels very cheap for a $50 price tag. I would not have purchased this item at this price if I was aware of the quality. This is a gift to someone and now I am embarrassed to give this gift.
Gift for my Granddaughter! BTS is her favorite!!
Ok
Way too small. Thought it would be larger. Disappointed.
My daughter loved it!!!!!
my niece loves it smaller than what I thought but still cute
Love it!
I was expecting the pieces to be much bigger. Also the box it came in it’s a cutout definitely was not expecting that. I’m not too happy with this purchase. Sorry
Not what I expected. Everything was so small in size and no dates on the outside picture.
Cheap quality and doesn't even look like the BTS members
We have not received the order.
I was not expecting it to be acrylic, little figures, and some of the names aren’t even spelled right on the stockings instead of it saying Jen says John, not worth the money I paid for those
Everything is so cute and a wonderful addition to my collection.
On the add it looks like big puppets but they are really, really!, small!! and flat. About 2mm thick and about 3 cm. Not worth the money!!!
Just 3 d printed items. Not what I was expecting. Sorry but for the price the items seem cheaply made. I would not recommend this.
I love it! It is smaller than I was expecting, but that's okay. I am very tempted to open all the windows but will be good and hold out for December. At the moment it is on display in my office
Looks very flimsy and cheap :-(
It was very hard to open the little doors. It was ripping off some of the paper on each door :(
I wish they were a little bigger in size. I expected them to be acrylic but they are so small it is hard to see the details.
Not worth the price
The box came with broken tab that were empty inside!
I ordered two but only one arrived. I can’t be pleased at all until I get my entire order. Also, the one I got had a bent corner. But that isn’t a concern. Only getting half my order is.
Because it is an advent calendar I won’t open it until December 1
